Everyone seemed to be in a rush. Just didn't feel relaxed or comfortable.
The food is pretty good. The prices went up. And the service went down. We sat for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our drink order. The server was not very friendly.
This establishment has lost its roots. I have been long time customer here and always enjoyed it. The service was good although the brisket was horrible they replaced it with pork it was horrible it is like eating meat from a heat up eat it up TV dinner. Just sad to see the pride of good BBQ leave a once great BBQ restaurant.
Food was average. Fries were dry and overcooked. Service was just okay. I have eaten here many times and the food has always been average. Except for the baby back ribs, which are good. Good place if you are just looking to fill your stomach. Food is not offensive, just okay.
Food was good once we got it... had a 30 minute wait. But first they had to come tell us they didn't have what we ordered. Something as simple as a baked potato. Don't really understand how you run out of baked potatoes an hour before you close. Waitress didn't seem to get the idea of what all you can eat ribs for my daughter. When she ordered all you can eat she laughed at her. I told her.. don't laugh she can put away the food. Will reconsider before we go back to this location.
Food is always good, restaurant is clean and great service.
