Nasty food dumbest people work there always give you the wrong food and always forgetting to give you change back
Everything I've ever gotten here has been hot and good. Their loaded baked potatoes and mozzarella sticks are great. The staff is always very friendly and if you eat in the restaurant, they will bring your food to you after it's been prepared. The restrooms are clean, and there is ample parking.
The only complaint I have is that in recent times, it seems as though the fish pieces have become smaller and skimpier. However, this would be on the corporation and not the location restaurant.
My mom loves to eat there. She enjoys the food. To me it's tastless and it's just filler. The handicap accessible is terrible. I had a difficult time getting her wheelchair in the door and if a nice man hadn't helped it would have been a challenge. I can't imagine a handicap person trying to get in the entrance without assistance. I would never go back except my mom likes their food.
Great little seafood chain. I really miss the one that was in my hometown of Brandon Florida, which closed many years ago.
Captain D's is always great. The have the best meals for the money!! The staff are always super polite and helpful. And Wednesday and Sunday are senior days. I always love eating at Captain D's. Best value around.
Good place for some quick takeout or to dine-in. This location does pretty good business and so it stays steady, but it's not usually overcrowded.
