Contacted them by phone after problems with getting a product delivered from a competitor. They carried a comparable product and told me that I got there quickly it would go on the next delivery truck. After 2 days of wrestling with Lowes to get my new freezer delivered this was good news

I was in the market for a lawn mower and decided to go to Babcock in Starke. From the start everyone was so helpfuf and no pressure sales. Am very pleased. So I went back after I purchased my mower for a much needed laptop. I got one that suited my needs and budget. So, they combined my payments to one and less then I expected it to be. Thanks Badcock for making my visit pleasant and helping me get much needed items.

Patty seemed to give me every reason not to purchase from the Stark Store. It was like she did not want the business. Threw the new girl under the bus for giving me the wrong delivery fee. This was going to be a 2K purchase for her store but I'm taking her advice and going to Orange Park. If you have truly been at that store for 15 years I'm very surprised at the total lack of customer service. I'm sorry if you were having a bad day, but you did not have to ruin mine too.
I like Badcock & I love their new store. It's sometimes busy & slow to find help but I've always been treated fairly for the most part by Pam & her staff with one exception that had more to do with the manufacturer & product than Badcock. I would have loved some allowance or discount toward a replacement product though & just ended up paying full price for a necessary replacement.
