All the employee's in this store are so friendly. When we go in to make a payment we end up talking, hanging out. They always offer us bottled water, they talk with the kid's. Awesome place

To purchase a riding mower. Was told they had one left and it was repoed that day and hasn't been checked out yet but that an associate would look it over and all should be good to leave with it that day. All paperwork was completed and I was able to leave with the riding mower. Great right! No it gets better I call a week later upon cutting my grass the first time with this mower and tell the manager I'm not happy with how the mower boggs down cutting my grass and asked for a full refund. He informs me that Aaron's doesn't do refunds and that if it is defective he can pick it up and do warranty on it. But that he didn't have a loaner to drop off and it might take a few days to a few weeks to have it fixed and sent back to my house. So at this point I'm told that I'm screwed on the $500 I put down on the mower and that I would have to push mower my 2 acre yard for a week or two till I got the mower back. Not happy at all! I called around to other local store and spoke to them regarding the store policy and they informed me that it shouldn't be an issue to refund me the money they don't know why the manager told me that from starke store. So even more pissed at this point I call back and talk to the original guy and he informed me that no he won't refund my money and if I'm not satisfied he would send someone out to pick up the mower and cancel my contract. No refund of any money mind you I'm paid for july-november. So I said no if that's how they do business I'll keep it until November and then they can pick it up and cancel the contract. So Aug. 15 rolls around and I get a call from my wife saying they took money out of my bank account, so I call and low and behold a new manager is running the store so I explain everything to him and he is very nice and gets right on fixing the situation and refunds my money a week later no money yet!

Just a Awesome lease experience is all I have ever had at Aaron's Starke, FL and Doug the (GM) and his well trained staff delivers the ultimate customer experience. Having completed 2 leases and become owner of the items was made even better when I moved 5 miles and they moved the leased items no charge as part of the AARON'S SERVICE PLUS PROGRAM. Made the decision to get a washer dryer set and 3 mos later a refridgerator/freezer a no brainer.

They are some nasty ass ppl that work in the one in starke Florida they have other customers playing them to go after other ppl when it's none of there business n playing the cops to come after u after all it's a drug dealer that's doing all this cause he's going to prison n the funny part about it they want let me get my name off his account they let him add on without my permission

However I'm at work and can't do so! So I'm writing this to inform people to not use this store unless it is a must they will steal money from your bank account that isn't owed to them at the time and you will be screwed! I'm currently waiting on a regional manager to call me and I will be demanding a full refund a d the contract canceled along with late,insufficient fund fee and overdraft fees paid by them and I will never use this place again! By the way I get to spend my lunch break on the phone trying to fix what they did and still no call back from the manager! My next step will be to contact an attorney and take them to court! Also I won't be surprised if this never gets posted! Kevin Middleburg , FL.

So I call back and he confirms that the day before Aaron's did the refund mind you a week late! And all is well until Sept. 15 and again it comes out and again I have to fight with them to give my money back. The manager "Mike" at this point tells me I assure you this won't happen again my regional manager is here and he is aware of the issue and we will fix this so it doesn't happen again. So I tell him thanks and end the call. So oct. 17 today! I get a call from my wife that Aaron's took money out again! This time it just so happens that they took all of it out and left me in the negative and now facing late fee on car insurance and insufficient fund fee and overdraft fee because they take money that isn't even owed yet! I call the manager Mike up and inform him of this and he says well I spoke to your wife already and we will make it right. So I ask is the money going to clear today and he tells me it could take up to 72 hours to be back into my account. At this point if I didn't have to be at work I would leave and go demand the cash on the spot!

Love doing business with Aarons of Starke fl. Very polite staff, they are very understanding, love my washer & dryer, they are just all around amazing.. Couldn't be happier!!
