On 12/6/2016 my wife called Sam again and asked if he could come back because we were still having issues. Again said stated we would have to pay an $85 service call fee. As it now seemed a bad customer service issue, we told him no thanks. I immediately went to ACE Hardware bought two elements and replaced both. Hot water again...sweet!
Sam is very good at what he does and has very reasonable prices.

Sam checked the water tank heating elements and said they were working fine but did set the thermostats higher. Although the water temp was higher and helped a bit, we noticed over the next week or two the hot water still was not lasting.
This was an issue with me as I work 60+ hours a week and have only one day off. I called a "professional" so I wouldn't have to DIY it. Seems Sam either doesn't know what he's doing or has a policy to charge multiple $85 service call fees before fixing an issue. I don't suggest you use this company.
