There is nothing more demeaning than to be socially profiled...especially, by a (highly educated) member of the professional medical community. Please do not insult my intelligence by integrating the use of the word "policy" in you explanation of blatant discriminatory practices. Refusal to accept/acknowledge (multiple years of) Walgreens own supporting records... as well Physician to Pharmacy- computer direct Rx's. When I contacted PCP and described the events that had just occurred- they phoned immediately. The pharmacist (amazingly) no longer had to adhere to "Walgreen's Policy". She, unapologetically, began to process the order...after publicly humiliating, and speaking to me- as if I were a primary school child. I, now, FULLY understand and appreciate the many horrible reviews regarding the Pharmacy and Pharmacist at this Walgreens location.
