The ladies are always friendly. The office seems busy all the time. I like how they don't bug me to death trying to sell me things like car salesmen in insurance guises. The guy Ron is rude. Everyone else is awesome but that guy could work on his interpersonal skills.
We switched to State Farm from Progressive because the company verbally promised us it would save us ALOT more money.. They could never give us a quote on how much it would be even after almost 2 weeks of signing and paying our money. Once we kept trying to call they informed us we were cancelled and could only get back 1/5 of the money we had already paid to them.. Don't go here! It's a giant scam and joke!!!
The employees are really helpful, if you have an issue with your service or need guidance with what to do in a situation regarding your insurance coverage they can really help point you in the right direction. I.E: When my car broke down, instead of paying for full coverage per month, they helped me out by temporarily lowering my coverage, and with them doing that I was able to save 100 + dollars per month and get my car fixed.
