Horrible customer service from Jeremy at this location. Extremely rude to my wife to the point she had to call and talk to a regional manager who just blew off her concerns. My wife had to get two rentals here while her truck was in the dealership and was treated rudely both times. GREAT Enterprise service in Gainesville, go there, it's worth it.
