Took advantage of their Quick Lube service Saturday, November 4th. Short wait time, good service, however I guess the days of first 2-3 service oil changes are a thing of the past.
Everyone and everything was great until we had to do the final paperwork. Shane took us to another office where everything went wrong. Everyone was to. Busy talking on the phone with other than work related. You almost lost our business since my husband almost walked if we would have the keys . Shane did his job very well. He actually treated us as we were buying a fleet instead of one used car. We will be back. again.
Loved everything about this place. The people are so friendly and so helpful. They're a no nonsense place and don't give you the run around when trying to negotiate prices. Best offer is always on the table first. They're prices are AMAZING and they even kept us within our budget and didn't recommend raising it at all. I'd recommend this dealership to everyone I know who's looking to buy a Ford!
This dealership came highly recommended to me. Well, after wasting three hours of my time, in which on multiple occasions I made it clear I wanted to buy a certain vehicle, and just needed two specific questions answered about said vehicle, I was finally told it sold. They basically kept responding to me with they had other vehicles and incentives, all of which were higher priced than my son wanted to pay. They would never answer my questions, and NEVER mentioned someone was looking at it or buying it. Had they mentioned that, I could have saved time or as I was EXTREMELY interested in the vehicle, I may have put a down payment on it to prevent it from being sold! I will not be bringing my business here, since they obviously don't have the customer experience in mind! I am beyond furious with this dealership at this point!

Doug and Joey restored our faith in car dealerships and we will definitely buy from Murray Ford again! They listened, were not pushy, and ensured that we got exactly what we wanted! We were extremely satisfied with the values placed on our trade-ins and the price of our new vehicles! We not only bought a new 2017, Ford Explorer, but we also bought a new 2017, Ford F-150! If it were not for Doug and Joey, we would not be driving new vehicles today! Doug and Joey are not only great employees, but awesome gentlemen as well!
Left new F-150 for passenger window issue. They determined Weather Tech rain guard visors we're causing the automatic safety feature to keep the window from fully going up. Picked up vehicle after work minus rain guard visors. Will have installer to install new ones that don't tab inside window track.
