Have an account with Vy Star and have always heard how good they are. I applied for a vehicle loan requesting half the cost of the car (the other half I was putting down in cash) and was declined with no explanation. I went to Capital City Bank and was approved.
Great place. Extremely clean and professional atmosphere. Law enforcement is always present during business hours, two ATM's on site, a coin counting machine free to members, same day consultations available, multiple teller lines both inside and drive through.
I have always been able to find help here with my accounts, and the two ATMs make it convenient for people.
I have never experienced better customer service in a Vystar branch. Kudos!!!
